1. Who we are

ShopSiteHQ is a product of LeadingLocal LLC, an Oregon limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit shopsitehq.com or use our Service, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. What we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Information you give us. Name, business name, phone number, email address, mailing address, photos of your shop, owner story, services and vehicles you specialize in, color and font preferences, revenue range, existing website URL, and similar information submitted through our intake form or in conversations with us.
  • Payment information. Card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; we receive only a token and the last four digits for receipting.
  • Usage information. Pages viewed, links clicked, IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and approximate location, collected through standard web logs and analytics tools.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. We use a small number of first-party cookies to remember your intake progress and to power analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Site may not function properly.

3. How we use it

We use the information we collect to:

  • Build, host, and maintain the website and CRM workspace you've signed up for;
  • Communicate with you about your account, the Service, and scheduled calls;
  • Process payments and prevent fraud;
  • Improve the Service and develop new features;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your customer or shop data to train third-party AI models.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service, and only to the extent needed for them to perform their function:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • GoHighLevel — CRM, calendar, and messaging infrastructure
  • Cloudflare — website hosting, DNS, and CDN
  • Google — analytics, fonts, and (where you opt in) Google Business Profile data
  • Anthropic and similar AI providers — generating site content from your intake responses
  • Email and SMS providers — sending booking confirmations, receipts, and updates

We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LeadingLocal LLC, our customers, or the public.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to fulfill legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution needs. Intake submissions that do not result in a paid subscription are retained for up to 24 months and then deleted. Payment records are retained as required by tax law.

6. Your choices

You can:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information;
  • Ask us to delete your information, subject to legal retention requirements;
  • Opt out of marketing emails and SMS at any time using the unsubscribe link or by replying STOP.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@leadinglocal.co. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vetted third-party providers. No system is completely secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the effective date of the current version. Material changes will be announced by email to active subscribers.
