These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of shopsitehq.com (the "Site") and the websites, CRM tools, hosting, and related services (collectively, the "Service") offered through the ShopSiteHQ product, which is operated by LeadingLocal LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Site, submitting an intake form, or paying for the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Service Agreement.
If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Service.
The Service is intended for owners and authorized representatives of automotive repair shops and similar businesses located in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your business to a contract. By signing up, you represent that the information you provide is accurate.
The Service is offered as a monthly subscription. Pricing for each plan is published at shopsitehq.com and may be updated from time to time on at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.
You authorize us, through our payment processor (Stripe), to charge your card on a recurring monthly basis. Failed payments may result in suspension of the Service after a grace period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in the Service Agreement.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, after which we will not charge you again. Upon cancellation, your website hosted by us will be taken offline and the associated CRM workspace will be deactivated. You can request an export of your customer-provided content for up to 30 days after cancellation. See the Service Agreement for full details.

Your content — text, photos, logos, reviews, customer information, and other materials you submit — remains yours. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and use your content for the purpose of operating the Service.
Our content — the Site itself, the website templates, code, design system, intake wizard, CRM configurations, and ShopSiteHQ branding — remains the property of LeadingLocal LLC. While you are subscribed, you have a non-exclusive license to use the website we build for you for your business. That license ends when your subscription ends.
The Service relies on third-party providers including, but not limited to: Stripe (payments), GoHighLevel (CRM), Cloudflare (hosting and DNS), Google (search and analytics), and various AI providers used during site generation. Your use of the Service is subject to the applicable terms of those providers.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any specific uptime level. We make no warranty regarding search engine rankings, lead volume, or revenue outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadingLocal LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claim or demand arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) your content, or (c) your violation of these Terms or any law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Oregon, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the effective date of the current version. Material changes will be announced by email to active subscribers at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
